My Story
Hello, I'm Brittney—a mentor, associate therapist, and teen life coach!
With 14+ years of experience working alongside young people, I am deeply committed to creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection—with ourselves and with others. I have a particular passion for fostering women's support groups, where women can come together in community, share their stories, and deepen their sense of self.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both professional expertise and genuine care. Whether working one-on-one or within a group setting, my goal is always to empower, uplift, and guide individuals toward greater self-understanding and resilience.

I began my journey by volunteering in the career center during my undergraduate studies, helping new students adjust and explore their paths and futures. Since moving to California 10 years ago, I have had numerous opportunities to build meaningful connections with youth in profoundly impactful ways. I have my Masters Degree in Psychology and have worked with youth in both professional and personal capacities. Some of the most powerful moments of healing and growth I have witnessed occurred within community, which has inspired me to create spaces for deeper connection.

Navigating the teen years and early adulthood comes with unique challenges, especially for women. I know firsthand the power of having a space outside of family and friends to vent, reflect, and grow. I believe that true transformation happens in connection, and I’m passionate about providing young women with a sense of belonging and the tools to step into their fullest selves.
